Outstanding service from Suzy, owner and therapist. She is fanatical about customer service and really knows how to make sure customers are satisfied. An amusing experience, while having my nails done, there was a power outage. Suzy finished the job and it was done to perfection. I was having a shoulder massage so didn’t even mind the hassle. Then, Suzy still managed a bikini wax, in a candlelit room with a flashlight! Resourceful and genius. All about service. An incredible place with an unbeatable attitude from the whole team.
