Was really astounded by the care my cat received at Closter Animal Hospital. Dr. Izen fully spent 30 minutes patiently answering my many questions, examining my pet and discussing treatment options with me--it's very clear he cares a lot about what he does and has a wealth of veterinary wisdom. The front desk staff members are absolutely lovely--so warm and welcoming, and extremely professional. Would definitely recommend the office to anyone seeking exceptional veterinary care in the area.

Dr. Maida and the entire staff at Closter Animal Hospital are wonderful! My 9 year old dog needed her teeth cleaned under anesthesia. It's an expensive procedure. However, I felt the charge at Dr. Maida's office was reasonable. The care provided to my dog by Dr. Maida and his attentive staff was just excellent. Closter Animal Hospital is my 3rd vet in recent years. My dogs have found a new vet for good! I'm so happy that we found this place! BTW, after getting her teeth cleaned, my dog has been smiling all day. We are completely satisfied.

Very cute, small hospital with welcoming and warm staff. My pets came back to us wagging their tails, happy as if they were at a park and not a hospital. Dr.Maida is a great vet, very honest and concerned about the pets health over anything else.
