I went yesterday to Serenity nail spa and Grace was the person that I scheduled with.She was absolutely wonderful. She did a fabulous job.Serenity Nail spa is very nice and clean. They took me right away. They have many technicians and I’m glad I had Tracy. I highly recommend this place.
This is the third time I’ve been to serenity nail salon. Tracy is awesome! She’s a perfectionist. Tracy is sweet and she does exactly what I want. The place does a wonderful business, I can see why. Kandace did a great job and was very patient when I accidentally smeared some of my manicure. Serenity Nail and Spa has a comfortable atmosphere, unlike a place I went to a month ago where I felt the manicurist was browbeating me for being unfamiliar with the process.

Requested style: Kandace educated me on how the shape of the nail may affect the strength of the nail. Until now, no one ever shared the difference between rounded or square. They would tell me it simply was a matter of preference.

Cleanliness: Very clean and organized even with all of the stations they have.

I was referred by my coworker and she recommended Tracy because her mom uses her. First of all, scheduling was easy. They confirmed right away. Then they also reminded me yesterday about my upcoming appointment. When I arrived I checked in on the kiosk and it was easy. I didn't wait long at all. The place is very clean and there were quite a few technicians. I met Tracy and automatically liked her. She had a very sweet and very caring and asking me if she hurts me to let her know. She was gentle and I asked for a French nails on my feet and hands. I got the gel nail polish on my hands. Tracy did an amazing job. I haven't gotten a mani and a pedi in many years due to a bad experience where I used to go in Pennsylvania. I actually cannot stand my feet and I decided it's time to try again. Tracy made my toes look so good and my fingernails as well. I am grateful that Tracy came recommended and I will continue to see her.
