I had PSI Pressure Washing do my entire 3200 sq foot house, as well as all the very large boulders on my property in front, and also the boulders in the back pool area. The guys were on time, friendly, professional and did an excellent job. I never want to micromanage contractors I hire, so I let them do their thing. After they had finished the job, I noticed a very minor issue that I had forgotten to alert them to. I left them a message and the owner was immediately on the phone telling me he'd be there the next day himself to take care of it at no charge. This house has likely never been washed at 22 years old. We are not original owners… the job was very well done especially with years of mold and mildew gone from the outside gutters. PSI is very easy to work with, understood my requests, arrived exactly on time and did an excellent job. The pricing is very fair and they even stated they will honor the pricing quoted in September for my plan to have the Windows washed next March ! I highly recommend this business !!

Zak was very accommodating and polite. He has a very good group of guys on his staff! They just finished up my house, front and back stoops. steps, sidewalk, patio and fire pit area and did a wonderful job. The guys are polite and work with a great attitude, that’s very important! They don’t waste time and work steady! My place looks great and they got rid of all the algae and any dirt or mold from the house and the pavers, including the crevices and walls etc . I highly recommend them.
