I’m totally satisfied with the job that they did. I only asked for the one side of the house to be cleaned but they actually cleaned a small piece of the back as well.
I had PSI Pressure Washing do my entire 3200 sq foot house, as well as all the very large boulders on my property in front, and also the boulders in the back pool area. The guys were on time, friendly, professional and did an excellent job. I never want to micromanage contractors I hire, so I let them do their thing. After they had finished the job, I noticed a very minor issue that I had forgotten to alert them to. I left them a message and the owner was immediately on the phone telling me he'd be there the next day himself to take care of it at no charge. This is what true customer service should be, a caring, quick response. I plan on using them again and I appreciate how they run their business.
