The husband & wife that run this cleaners are Amazing! I called a few days from Houston before I go into town asking if I could have a suit back in one day for a wedding & they said yes. I dropped the suit off first thing in the morning when they opened & had a wonderful conversation with the wife. She assured me I would have my suit & my sons suit the next day. I got a call late afternoon the very same day informing that both suits were ready for pickup. I was very pleased with the cleaning & the quick same day turnaround service. Overall the customer service here is very pleasant. Charlie is always very happy and cordial and the dry cleaning prices are very fair and comparable to what I've seen elsewhere. The alterations to a dress I brought were of quality, but the price was very steep. I've taken other dresses to dry cleaners to get them hemmed, and it has never cost me more than $60. The dress I recently brought cost $95 here. I didn't ask what the price would be beforehand because she tells you that she has to see it first and do all of her measurements and such. I love doing business Charlie Victoria and Maria because they are professionals in their field of dry cleaning and seamstress/alterations. They also understand the value of customer service and they also understand the value of building good relationships with their customers. I had a suit and they fixed a torn seam, but then I got more value and knowledge from him about my suit. Love local businesses.
