We had another company install siding two years ago and it was already warping and pulling away in spots. Called Deegan Brothers to assess it and they found the install had been done incorrectly from the start — improper nailing pattern and no moisture barrier underneath. They tore it out and did it right. The difference in quality is obvious. I wish we'd used them originally.

Reviews
Soffit and fascia were rotting on the front of the house. They replaced everything and painted to match. Looks original to the house now.
We knew we needed a full roof replacement but weren't sure where to start. Deegan Brothers walked us through the entire process — the different shingle grades, how they handle ventilation, why decking condition matters, everything. We got two other quotes and theirs was competitive but the communication was on another level. The crew showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and left the property cleaner than they found it. The project manager called us when the job was done, not just when there was a problem. That follow-through matters.
