I had been without heat or hot water since Easter. I had two previous companies come in and tell me I needed a new furnace. One was going to be $20,000. One was going to be $18,000. I called Benjamin Franklin told them what had happened to my furnace. There was black smoke coming out of it. Turn it off because it wasn't good. He told me that he was going to give me a call later in the day and stop by. Called me around 3:00 said he was ready. Asked if I was home I was he came. Matt and Jack just completed their second job for us. They replaced a cartridge on our bathroom sink and did a toilet tank rebuild. Both jobs were completed professionally and very fast. There have been zero problems with the work, which was of the highest caliber. In addition, both guys are friendly and easy to work with. The costs were very reasonable and lower than I found elsewhere. I can’t say enough about how good this team and company are. I will definitely call them again for future work.

Called Tom last minute to replace a broken toilet. He sent his plumber Ralph out to swap out toilet after hours. The job was Clean, and Ralph was a professional. Would highly recommend if you need a plumber in the area.Service: Toilet installation
