The Service was excellent!!! The CSR, Derek, would explain every step, every option I had right from the start! At least 3 guys got busy under the hood - you can't beat that kind of service!! They checked everything - all fluids, and even my tires. It was quick, and, although I spent more than I had anticipated, it was what the car/engine needed. So, I understood that.
I also loved that they offered coupons on their website, which was big, a great perk!! And, to be honest, helped me decide where I was going for my oil change - even though I had been at this Valvoline numerous times before. Times are tough, and as a Senior, I need to watch every dollar.
Everyone on staff is always cordial, hard working, quickly get cars through!! I've never had a bad experience at any of the 3 locations I've visited. Highly recommend Valvoline!!
