Rich and his team were amazing! We had a 20-year old AC system that failed last summer. Rich was willing to take the time to talk me through my options and explain the kinds of systems that were available to us. Having also talked with other companies, in my opinion he went above and beyond.
We had both a new AC unit and new furnace installed. The furnace installation was tricky because it was in a very confined space. Our schedules were also challenging, but Rich was great at accommodating in every way he could.

Had two central AC systems replaced. Job was completed in a very efficient way, on schedule and at a very reasonable price. Technicians were excellent, going above and beyond the itemized work to assure that all aspects of both systems were functioning properly. Rich, the owner, was more than generous with his time and expertise. This is the kind of company that makes a homeowner confident and comfortable in his choice of service professionals.
Had them over today to do routine maintenance on our central air system. Was able to get an appointment quickly, they were very thorough, and the price was reasonable.
