I highly recommend Tri-State. I had a very positive experience working with them this year. They replaced the glass in one of my windows which was defective for a very reasonable price. It was a window that was installed with 5 others back in 2005 with a lifetime warranty. When I contacted them this year to see about replacing the defective one 19 years later, they advised the manufacturer went out of business, but Anthony and his staff diligently researched to see how they can help despite this. They ultimately resolved my problem and I appreciate all there assistance. Thanks to Anthony, Nancy and Richard for their attention and solutions oriented response.
