I love this place and have been going for years and I always recommend them to everyone. However, lately they have been so bad with sticking to scheduled appointment times. Today was now my third time waiting over 25+ minutes, when I had an appointment! They do not even acknowledge it or let you know that you’ll have to be waiting. I really do love this place but my patience is running low with having to wait when I made an appointment.
The nail service is great. Don’t bother making an appointment because they are never on time. I waited 45 minutes for an appointment I made two weeks prior and was confirmed through text. The front desk told me it’s not her problem if they are running late. Not good customer service.
