I paid for human hair, I’ve gotten human hair many times, this for sure is not that.

Salon could be a little bit cleaner / more organized.

I didn’t appreciate one of the braiders speaking badly about her client thinking they were unable to hear. She also used a product that wasn’t right for their hair texture and another stylist even mentioned it and she simply laughed as if sabotaging the client. Just a weird experience.
