Selling my house in Bergen County and needed to remove my 1,000-gallon oil tank that had been decommissioned 25 years ago when I switched over to gas. Back then you just head to have the tank tested and filled. My lawyer recommended Preferred. They had excellent Google reviews and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Steve C. answered all my questions about the removal and gave me a fair quote, so I hired them to remove the tank. I was quite nervous about the process due to the horror stories I have read about tank removal companies. In addition, the tank was located in a hard to get to location on my property.
