My non-verbal son communication iPad screen was completely shattered. We called up Phone Repair early in the morning, and he was very responsive, he fixed the iPad within the hour and did a phenomenal job with the screen. He even installed a screen protector on the iPad for extra protection. 10/10 service!
I have never left a review before, but Karim deserves it. The night before I got my service done, I was concerned about my phone. However, i dismissed it as it not being updated / shattered (back housing). I called frantically right when Karim opened stating I had a flight in a few hours and was hoping for a miracle. Karim told me to come in right away. He fixed everything within an hour and I made my flight! Still don’t even know how it was possible, but it was!I ran into transportation issues and I was late to pick my phone. Karim was the best very very helpful , it was crazy how fast he was. Used high quality parts and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy Will definitely bring any electronic to him HIGHLY recommended
