I understand Saturdays are typically the busiest day, so I was assigned to Abe who got freed up, and they didn’t want me waiting long. What stood out to me was how flexible and professional the team was throughout the process. I was not offended at all. In fact, I was impressed by how smoothly they worked together to make sure I was taken care of.
Abe really exceeded my expectations. I am used to haircuts taking closer to an hour, so I was surprised that he completed my cut in about 25 minutes while still being extremely precise. Nothing felt rushed. He was focused, attentive, and clearly paid close attention to the details.

My regular barber was unavailable due to an injury, and I needed a cut (I have 4C hair that's short/natural on top and then faded in the back), so I tried this place out. Abe was fantastic; he took great care in making sure that how he cut my hair was what I wanted - even pausing at certain stages to check in and get my thoughts. He was also very friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. I'm sure certain barbershop environments can be a bit intimidating for a female, but this was not one of them. I felt very comfortable there.
I got a cut with Jay for a beard trim and haircut. He did a fantastic job and dealt with the my dense beard hair very well. Hair was cut to perfect length and everything looks like it'll grow in well! Thank you Jay!
