MS has done work for me at my house in Bergen county (replacing water heater and fixing my AC) when I had a problem and I felt like I was getting the runaround at my shore house - from the local company I usually use down there - I asked M&S if they were willing to go down and have a look. They were happy to do it and drive all that distance. I got a straight answer, I got my system fixed for a much better price and I told the company that I used to use to go pound sand. I’m very grateful!! Thank you guys.
I had a great experience with these guys. They came out the same day to fix the AC at my business. They kept in contact the whole time, and gave me fair pricing. They also sent pictures of what was going on with the unit which I really appreciated. I will definitely use them again.
