MS has done work for me at my house in Bergen county (replacing water heater and fixing my AC) when I had a problem and I felt like I was getting the runaround at my shore house - from the local company I usually use down there - I asked M&S if they were willing to go down and have a look. They were happy to do it and drive all that distance. I got a straight answer, I got my system fixed for a much better price and I told the company that I used to use to go pound sand.
