Incredible staff. Very helpful on the phone. When I need something they are willing to assist. Easy going with cancellation and the facility is so clean. I was helped by someone today (forgot the name) but he was so nice and introduced me to the manager. 10/10 always.

I had a great experience with Andrea J. at LA Fitness in Clifton. She was extremely helpful and professional when assisting me with a membership refund. My membership was supposed to be cancelled before the next billing date, but unfortunately it wasn’t. Andrea took the time to look into the situation, explain everything clearly, and help get the refund taken care of.
