The receptionist was one of the rudest individuals I have yet to meet. My daughter went for a worker’s compensation check as she as struck by a car in the parking lot while leaving work. My daughter did not feel comfortable going into the exam room alone. Although the couple before us were in the room together, they would not allow me to be with my daughter. The receptionist was making snide remarks behind a closed door to the point that the doctor had to ask her to stop! I was then put in a chair outside of the exam room partially in the waiting area. I too, was sent to this doctor's office by the other person's insurance company. After waiting for 30 minutes in a 83 degree waiting room, the doctor and the female receptionist called me into the exam room where they both were. He asked if I was taping our conversation. He asked questions and did a foot and arm exam. I would NEVER go to this doctor on my own. I hope that he gives an accurate report of my injuries.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! like the person before me stated, this office has no customer service skills whatsoever. I am very surprised the doctor allows this rudnes to go on. Also, this office will call you non stop asking for payment even before they send the bill. This is a very hostile office..you have been warned. Save yourself the anguish and see a different doctor.
