I have been going there for years & I have only had excellent service. They even took a appt via FaceTime when I was in Florida & needed help. They are very accommodating & knowledgeable.
Shattered my pinky nail w/a drill. I went to one place and they wouldn’t help me until I got an X-ray even though I told them I’m positive it’s not broken cause I’ve broken fingers numerous times. (I guess no xray techs work sats at these centers). So I called Mountainside Immedi, they said it’s not a problem they can look at it and if I need an xray then we can deal w/it. It wasn’t broken and they were great. The doctor was excellent. He was kind, knowledgeable and took his time helping me.
I truly wish my doctor would slow down enough for me to have a more open dialogue with her about my health. She tends to finish my sentences putting words in my mouth that are not what I'm trying to explain to her. Office staff was and is always amazing, the Ex-ray Tech is so welcoming and friendly and make me feel welcomed and blessed to be there. Too bad she not my doctor, LOL.
