There’s nothing more frustrating than being unable to reach anyone for days at a time, especially when there’s no option to leave a voicemail or request a call back. You can call repeatedly and no one is available to answer. You will only be directed to an operator to leave a message if it’s considered an emergency.
It’s incredibly dysfunctional that the only reliable way to contact a doctor’s office is to physically go there and speak with someone in person. Who has the time? What’s even more concerning is that this has been going on for so long that it’s started to feel like the norm. Please do better
Dr. Haddad and his staff are great! He delivered 2 of my babies 🥰 and treated me like VIP. The wait is decent. I’ve never waited more than 30 mins for my appointment. My concerns are always answered. Recently saw Dina and she was amazing! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
Words aren’t enough to describe how grateful I am for this OBGYN office. Over the years, Shamari and Mariluz have become such a comforting and caring presence in my life, making every visit feel truly supported. Every time I walk into the office, I’m met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion. They have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.
