The staff overall is caring but they have serious issues with scheduling and providing quality service to the patient. Seems like they overbooked themselves very often.
No reason why a person with an appt should wait almost two hours to see a doctor.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Haddad. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and always makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. I truly appreciate his kindness and dedication.
I also want to thank Melissa and Maria. They have been amazing from the very beginning. They are always respectful, friendly, and incredibly helpful. There’s nothing more frustrating than being unable to reach anyone for days at a time, especially when there’s no option to leave a voicemail or request a call back. You can call repeatedly and no one is available to answer. You will only be directed to an operator to leave a message if it’s considered an emergency.
It’s incredibly dysfunctional that the only reliable way to contact a doctor’s office is to physically go there and speak with someone in person. Who has the time? What’s even more concerning is that this has been going on for so long that it’s started to feel like the norm. Please do better
