John and crew came last week to sand and stain my floor. There were too many mistakes and they had to redo the floor. It was still done poorly and had too many bubbles and the polyurethane wasn’t spread evenly so I had clumps. John came again 3 rd time today and was annoyed that I wasn’t happy with the floor and started raising his voice and being disrespectful. When I told him to lower his voice he left with his worker and I called him out on all his bad reviews and bad work. What a lousy company never use this guy. He’s shady and a bad business man!

John and his crew came last week to sand and stain floor. Horrible job had to call and get them to come again. I still have bubbles and missing areas that weren't spread evenly and clumps. Too many excuses and then today he came again and started raising his voice because he's annoyed that we're not happy with the floor. I had to make him leave I'll hire another company. This company is the worst and not professional. Don't ever use this company! They get a zero rating !!!

If I could give zero stars I would. RUN! I repeat, RUN away from this company as fast as you can. I would pay twice as much just to have our old floors back before his crew touched them. Horrible communication, and he doesn't care about you or your floors.
