This is the best and only plumbing company I will ever use. The first time I had a disaster because I had an ejector pump put in by a different plumber and a week later it broke and he wouldn't fix it and he said you need a whole new one but he wouldn't give me a refund on the $1000 when he just fixed it so I said to the old plumber give me my $1000 off of the new price that you just quoted me and he said no so I never used him again. I went to Google and saw that "all week plumbing" had 5 stars and I called them and they came the same day and put the ejector pump in my basement which we need because we have a spare room that is not on the same plumbing... read full review

My AC suddenly stopped blowing air, most importantly cold air despite the condenser and air handler seemingly working. Alex Q and his assistant came to troubleshoot within 3 hours of booking an appointment online. Alex was very professional, explained the underlying issues, and provided the options and risks associated with each decision. After the work was done we did a complete walk-through the house checking the temperature at each vent. Knowing that the fix that was done is almost certainly only temporary I am planning to engage Alex and this company for a system replacement. My furnace wasn't working. Alex Q came and diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. He even informed me of defects in my unit that could have been very problematic. He offered me fair and efficient replacement options and was able to perform the service the next day. He even checked over my second unit at no extra cost.
