Ramon and his helper did a great job of sealing the cracks in the camper bay at our home and applied sealer to the overall cracks to help keep the pad in shape and prevent further water damage. I had Quality First here in the past and my calling them for service a second time should say something about my faith in their work.
I used Quality 1st Basement Systems to address an issue I had with my front porch. The concrete slab and sunken over the past 24 years as much as 3 inches. The level of service that the company provided was excellent and they also had the best prices out of all of the quotes that I received. Ramon and his co-worker did an excellent job lifting up the slabs and addresses an issue that I had with the threshold below my front door. I would highly recommend the company for performing polyurethane concrete lifting. This was a great experience and I highly recommend the company and Ramon and his co-worker.
Originally I thought I was overcharged for my system but as it turns out it was a GREAT investment. We've had several monsoon rains that our double triple sump set up handled with ease. We had a few service calls for minor things but what stood out to me was on Labor Day weekend we were able to get same day service and the lovely fella Christopher V reaffirmed that we made the right choice.
