Extremely knowledgeable and professional team, from the scheduling to the trimming. I’m a satisfied retuning customer for many years now. Highly recommended especially in city areas. I live in Jersey City and my backyard cannot be accessed from the street. They walk in and out of the house to remove leaves and branches, always leaving my place spotless after they are done. Used this service back in 1996. Came in the middle of a storm with high winds and heavy rain when the tree started leaning and cut down the tree before it could fall. Came back a day or two later to remove all the debris.
We hired Reliable Tree Service after our 50+ foot oak tree died and had to be removed and we wanted to plant another tree in the same spot. Ed was so professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. We now have a healthy red maple that is thriving where our oak tree was. Ed even stopped by to check on our tree without being asked when this most recent drought occurred and left us a note to reassure us the tree was doing well.
