I don't even think there are words in the English language that can adequately describe how happy and satisfied I am with this business and its employees. The tanning salon itself is nice and clean and has a welcoming feel to it. The beds and equipment are too notch and there is also an excellent selection of the best lotions on the market, and the prices are quite reasonable. Best in the area. Clean, employees are friendly. 1 removed 1 star as their is an annualized cost to members who maintain their membership. This is effectively a penalty for committing long term cash flow predictability and which forms I speculate is the entire revenue base needed to cover operational costs.Rather than corporate having a policy that penalizes loyal customers, once per year in place of the additional charge (an additional 1-time/yr payment that I don’t recall was part of the initial TOS) that the loyal customer instead receive a coupon for cost + 10% for other services and lotions or double referral bonus for new customers who commit to the annual program....read full review
