Mel did an amazing job with my elderly, scared chihuahua. Although we put a muzzle on her because of previous bad behavior, she never even growled at Mel and let her cut and grind her nails without any reaction. Mel was kind and gentle and we will be back with all of my dog's grooming needs.
I cannot even begin to explain how much I boast about Mel’s Spaw! She has been the only groomer who has touched my precious baby and he loves her. He leaves looking so handsome every time and he leaves so happy. I would recommend her 1000000 times if I could!
Melanie is absolutely wonderful and has such an amazing gift for all of our fur babies! It was so hard for me to find a groomer in my area that I can trust as my baby had an accident where he had gotten cut by a previous groomer back in Florida, however upon explaining this on my first visit with Melanie she was extremely compassionate and reassuring in every way that she is a professional and has been in the grooming industry for so long. Instantly I knew my little one was in great hands. So satisfied with Rigatoni's groom, he looks absolutely precious!
