They won’t replace your IUD.

They are very nice and doctors are very good but they removed my IUD knowing full well I wanted it replaced, no mention of the hell it would be.

A month passed without a call on the replacement, after calling back and forth from pharmacy to clinic, it turns out they refuse to send the buy-and-bill form required by insurance.

Holy Name’s solution: “get the IUD“ myself (how? If my insurance requires request to come from the doctor’s office? That stuff is not OTC) or go to another clinic, where I have to pay for the visit *again* to get the IUD requested, and then again to get the IUD applied… second option it...read full review

Called for doctor Maria and the receptionist was extremely rude and kept cutting me off before I could even get out a sentence. Please listen to your patients/potential patients before cutting them off. Active listening is important!

ridiculous wait time only to be told the doctor had to leave. This si the third cancellation too. It’s almost impossible to be seen if you are a new patient. Completely unprofessional
