What stood out most was how fresh everything was and how long the flowers lasted - well over a week. The service was wonderful too. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process easy.

“Nice arrangement but expensive but that was ok. Problem is the flowers died the next morning. Ordered an arrangement for afternoon evening and it was dead in the morning. I emailed and was busy but when got back to me they offered 20% off plus an additional 20% on the next order to give a second chance. They said they think it's because of the dryness of the room. Originally they said they would offer a new bouquet but I already left the area. I'll have to try them next time hopefully we won't have that issue again.“
