Can’t even begin to explain how unprofessional this practice is! Front desk staff is rude and condescending. I called twice to confirm I would be seen as a walk in and the doctor decided to stop seeing patients after I had arrived! Talk about not respecting someone’s time! Extremely rude and inconsiderate. Please don't waste your time!

Who's in charge of the phones? Seriously trying to make an appointment while being on hold for 15mins is ridiculous! They get 1 star for there receptionist not doing their job correctly! If the person was on lunch I would understand but there was no voicemail or nothing.
