If I could give it zero stars I would’ve! Horrible place! Personal so rudeee! Made me cry just because I was dropping a family member, I said I wasn’t there for the funeral starting yelling at me, telling me I was cutting to get through and that he was gonna call the cops blah blah… I told him that he didn’t have to be rude and started laughing and saying no nice things… (won’t put it here) mind you I was dropping someone for the funeral! I was just not staying! That’s all…. Next time would be nice if you actually listen!! Instead of making assumptions…
The services provided here are very friendly and compassionate. I was treated wonderfully and had a very easy time coordinating my uncle's wake with the very friendly staff. Although working with a funeral home can be one of the worst experiences, A.K Macagna was a great experience for me and I will definitely be recommending this funeral home.
I tried to call and confirm a flower delivery for my cousin for 2 days. I live out of state, and could not make it. When I finally was able to speak to a person he gave me a hard time; refused to help; refused to let me know if my flowers got there timely and said “yeah we got ‘em.” With zero confirmation.
