I went back to see Dale for a vertical labret downsize to fit my lip (about 3 months after the fact). He fixed my jewelry that was initially pierced wrong at another location… not realizing at that point (was externally threaded. PSA: don’t allow externally threaded jewelry for first piercings. Learned the hard way). I was perfectly sized with an internally threaded bar 6mm - in Blurple with the stones being Mediterranean Ice! Such a beautiful pick. The entire time I was nervous about changing out to jewelry. But honestly, he was judgement free and talked me through the entire experience. It was total zen in the shop. Stephanie and Dale are just the most kind people ! Totally felt comfortable with them , and they helped ease my nerves . I got my nose and ear pierced with them today , and it looks great ! I’ll be back again for more soon. Professional, knowledgeable, and good vibes ! Thanks guys
