“I had the best experience at Salon 144! I saw Lana for hair extensions, and because I have fine hair, we decided that IBE extensions would be the best fit for me. Lana took her time explaining the benefits of IBE compared to other extension methods, and I really appreciated how much care she put into making sure we chose the right option for my hair.

“I did a walk in with my 2 year old today to get his hair cut and they were amazing! My son laughed and talked the whole time. It was such a pleasant experience! The staff was wonderful and the hair dresser was a sweetheart! I would also like to say how wonderful the owner is! After learning about my two year old son's cancer journey she waved the fee of the haircut. I literally cried as soon as I got back into my car with my son. It was one of the best experiences I've had so far with any hair salon and I will 1000% be coming back regularly to get my son's hair cut. “Have not been to a sport clips since lockdowns but the person who was cutting my hair was no longer available and my hair was a mess. Went on a Saturday before they closed. No wait time as I checked in from my car then proceeded inside. Was greeted immediately and met with a bright and cherry atmosphere. They were able to pull up the notes of how I had my hair cut from my previous visits to other locations which was great as I am not as versed with the terminology and ways to direct for cosmetology=I am a heavy equipment mechanic. Jaclyn proceeded to cut and style the mess on my head while having a pleasant conversation which I am not used to=I mainly work alone on items and equipment that does not talk back...... thanks Disney for lying to me. Everything was as I had experienced before from the cut to the wash to the hot towel and massage before touching up and finishing the style with some product and checking that I liked the look as well as helping to clean up my eyebrows. Overall it felt like I was there for a while yet I was in and out in under 25 minutes. Really appreciate the service and not making me feel out of place“

“I know this is a very late review, but I’ve learned it’s better late than never when it comes to gratitude.

Back in October 2024, my dad had a cancer benefit while he was fighting Stage 4 Squamous Cell Carcinoma that started in his lungs and spread to his liver and stomach. It was one of the hardest times our family has ever gone through.

During that time, I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Martino Cartier Salon and Wigs and Wishes. Martino and his wife Gianna put together a beautiful donation basket for my dad’s benefit, and it meant more to us than I can really put into words.

That basket ended up being the highest auction bid of the night, and it helped support my dad during his journey in such a meaningful way. I will never forget that kindness.

My dad sadly lost his battle on September 30th, 2025. Even though he’s no longer here, I’m so grateful for the people who showed up for him and our family when we needed it most.

Thank you for your kindness, your generosity, and for the work you continue to do for cancer patients and their families. It truly makes a difference.“
