Awesome business, caring staff and worked with me to create a beautiful double stone for two brothers even though I did not live in the same state. Forever grateful. Went back again and purchased two more stones for the remaining of family. Thank you.

The staff is great. Lynn who is in the office there is an asset to this company. She is courteous and knowledgeable. This is part of Snelbakers and they do exceptional work on the headstones. I would not go anywhere else.

This review comes late but with no less appreciation for an exceptional job on our Step-Mother's monument. They did a wonderful job that was not easy given everything was done via telephone and mail since Papa resides in South Carolina. When contacting Roberts after we believed a problem arose, I was met with both a professional and courteous response and learned there was absolutely no problem involved at all, just a matter of timing. We will again need to utilize their services in the future and take comfort in knowing it will be good experience at a very difficult time. I do not hesitate to highly recommend J Roberts & Son to anyone requiring these services.
