I personally love the clark office and love one person there specifically, Jalpa Patel. She listens and recommends what she thinks will work best for my skin. I am rating this office 3 stars, because the front desk/medical desk needs better training. A girl who was fairly new told me I needed to come in for a prescription refill, when I went to my appointment... Which I had to make last minute due to traveling out of the state and needing the medication. I had to drive 45 minutes away.. My doctor Jalpa told me that I did not need to come in,she had already sent over my refill. A waste of my time , and a bill from a doctors visit that wasn't even needed? I think it is very unprofessional that someone's lack of communication caused an inconvenience for me and an avoidable bill.. Other than the front desk staff, Jalpa Patel is awesome and I recommend her to anyone struggling with acne.
Dr Farag and his staff are very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable!! I wound up having a small growth removed, and I didn't feel a thing!! I highly recommend Dr Farag!!
I had my first visit with them today and I found them to be very friendly and welcoming. They were courteous and cheerful...even though it was. cold and damp Monday morning! The location is close to the Parkway and has plenty of parking. The staff is very organized, and my appointment took place on time. I did not feel rushed, there was a consultation followed by the procedure. Dr Farag was very friendly and down to earth. He has a great demeanor, and understands that patients want to be treated with care. I highly recommend this office.
