We had our bathroom sink clog up on us over the weekend. We called Good Tidings Plumbing and Heating and they came out on Saturday to try and clear the clog but our pipes are old cast iron and the plumber was not able to get to the clog so they rescheduled for Monday. The service manger sent techs Chris S and Greg out to our home and Chris said I think I can get to the clog but if I can’t the other option would be to replace the pipe. I knew we were looking at $$$$$$ a huge expense if that was the case. Well long story short Chris was able to unclog our sink and save us big time money. I told my wife that Chris ran the auger non-stop until he was able to navigate to the clog. I really want to thank Chris, Greg, and Ian for all of their hard work and dedication.
