would have been a 5-star review if the plumbing service had been booked sooner when i first asked in december. The crew replaced my leaking water heater today after it started leaking into the home over the weekend, and the technicians roger and derek were excellent. It was a tough plumbing install in a tight utility closet on the 3rd floor of a townhome in City of Orange, and they finished the job in about 1.5 hours. When we had a pipe burst in our home in City of Orange, our home warranty company sent out a plumber right away. Roger was the technician who came to help us, and he really went above and beyond with his service! He explained that when our house was remodeled, the previous work didn’t include a proper vent, which made the pipes more likely to have problems. Roger found not just one, but two busted pipes and also noticed a small leak. He took care of everything quickly and kept in touch with our warranty company the whole time. I needed a plumber for a leak under my bathroom sink at my place in City of Orange, and even though I had to wait a little while since they were busy, it was definitely worth it. I had some other plumbing companies come out before, and they tried to tell me I needed a bunch of expensive work done, costing way more than I expected. When Roger and Marvin from this team arrived, they quickly figured out the real problem within about ten minutes. They fixed the leak right away and checked everything else, letting me know there was nothing else to worry about.
