Rob was very professional throughout the process. From the quoting to the planning out of the job to the execution and follow up. His team did a very good job and exceeded expectations. Rob's attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Can't even tell a pool once existed in the yard. All of this at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend RW Hartmann and would use them again. Rob Hartman from R. W. Hartman Excavating recently took out my in-ground pool. When I called he answered the phone. He quickly scheduled time to review the site, discuss details and provide me with a price. Throughout the job he was always prompt and professional. If the permit, inspection process or weather impeded the work, he called to let me know that. When the job was completed my yard was grated and seeded, everything was neat and clean with no debris left behind. When my family and I decided it was time to remove our 16'x32' inground pool, I only found a few contractors that specialized in this kind of work. When I researched RW Hartman, I found that he is the "go-to" guy for pool removals. Communication was great EVERY step along the way. He was extremely careful to avoid any collateral damage in my yard. Due to a high water table, my yard was spongey and he put down appropriate steel plating to prevent any equipment from sinking. When he dug out the pool bowl, he got a pump on it to remove the water. In just one day, he had the removal completed.. pool, fence, even the 30-year-old-shed!
