Experience was great. Staff was extremely friendly and personable, doctor was informative and extremely professional, and the process of purchasing frames was a breeze. Felt like I have been a patient there for years and not my first time!

I’ve been here several times now, and everyone is always so nice, professional, and welcoming. Everything is always so clean, and they are great with scheduling!

I originally brought my mother here, and Dr. Lauren found something serious that had been missed by her previous eye doctor. I then came in myself and found out that I have a large optic nerve, which had also been missed by a doctor at another practice.

I truly cannot recommend this place enough! Dr. Lauren is SO sweet, caring, and thorough. I’m so grateful we found this office!

Optic One offers patients exceptional care!
The staff is so pleasant and helpful.
The office is very attractive and comfortable
The receptionist, who was so welcoming, and the tech, Michele, were both so kind and professional.

Dr. Latorre is so sweet and explained the vision tests and results clearly. She was reassuring as she delivered her professional evaluation. She is surely an excellent optometrist.

When I left the exam and went to the optical boutique, Kelly was there to assist me in my selection of potential frames. She helped me confirm the best choice, based on her years of experience as an outstanding optician.
