Today 9/10/26, I had the pleasure to met Michael Heacock, who was filling in for Bill Mount. He assessed the property and advised me of his objectives. He asked if I had any areas of concern at which time I mentioned the slope in the front yard. I explained that it was thin and could use more seeding. Mike understood, said he would seed that area and avoid putting down any weed preventative.

I had the opportunity to glance out as he preformed his task. Mike was very methodical in his task. He systematically hit all areas of the property, and took the time to had spread the seed on the area of concern. He took his time, in hitting the entire slope.

Technician Steve Becker performed periodic lawn weed and feed today. Our lawn is relatively weed free given the size, but there are a few areas that have been troublesome with respect to past treatments. Steve took careful note of the specific weed types and locations I conveyed before he started any application. I felt that his attentiveness gave me better assurance of weed treatment coverage. Hope to see the results of this latest weed treatment in a couple of weeks.

Great service. I have had the lawn service for a couple years and the lawn is thick with minimal weeds. The techs are very professional and get the job done quickly. I recently started the flea and tick service. Sean Riley came out and did a excellent job: quick and professional.
