“Update: the morning following my original appointment the salon called me and asked me to come back in with a different stylist who was also one of the managers there. Jen was fantastic and knew what I needed. I left feeling happy and more comfortable with how my hair turned out. Updating to 5 stars for Jen!<br><br>Original:<br>While I appreciated they were able to fit me in with short notice, I’m leaving feeling disappointed. Before the stylist started on my hair, I expressed I wanted something brighter just slightly less gold in it. When she blew out the front pieces, it looked very toned down and she mentioned she added some ash to it. It doesn’t look bright at all. When I expressed this, she said it’ll brighten in a few days with the sun and washing it. I felt this answer was brushing me off.<br><br>When I was checking out, I wanted to say something then, but then she sat at front desk so I felt embarrassed saying something in front of her. Spent $250 on a partial, glaze, and K-18 treatment and leaving feeling disappointed”
