First company I called (Cardwell) came out and charged me a dispatch fee just to tell me I needed a whole new unit — which turned out not to be true. I called D. Nelson for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did! There was no diagnostic fee, and Don had it fixed within a few hours for $500. Just a salt-of-the-earth, honest, and hardworking guy who clearly takes pride in what he does. His colleague who was with him was also incredibly kind and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Don and his team over the big-name companies any day. I only wish I had called him first!

Assigned by Home Warranty. Has done work on my house multiple times. Good quality work. None of the other contractors wanted to do any work to the AC because it was “too old” and just wanted us to get a new unit. Don came out and had my AC running in under 2 hours. Old fashioned, hard working guy. Only complaint is the cigar. Lol.Service: HVAC system repair
