The short summary is that Erica Tattersal is the realtor you need! My wife and I had never looked into buying a home before meeting Erica, and I can easily say now that real estate agents have very difficult jobs! There is infinite coordination, infinite paperwork, and agents are essentially on a doctor's schedule of always being "on call". You want someone who is articulate, who can explain the process to you, who is organized, who follows up on all loose ends, and who is flexible enough to work around your schedule. This perfectly describes Erica - she is an absolute bulldog when it comes to moving the process along. She is well connected with home inspectors, loan agents, etc. and is really your one stop communication portal into the world of purchasing a house. I peppered her with all kinds of questions, and she kindly and quickly answered them all. Erica is also quite honest and will give her best advice. I was impressed during various home visits when I noticed that she was actually searching for things like leaks, mold in basements, etc., showing that she is hustling not just to sell you any old home quickly, but rather, is working to find you one that is perfect, safe, and ideal for your price point. She has tons of industry experience and is quite eager to do a great job. We really appreciated Erica's energy, her tenacity, and her trustworthiness. As a result, we found our dream house roughly only 1 month after the start of our search, and have been living there happily since the closing. :-)
