Our water was the considered the hardest water in NJ. We had a water a softener in our home prior but it did not do enough to improve the quality of the water. With Purasoft we put in a whole home filter and then a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. We now have the best water. People often comment that our water taste exceptionally good. so I bought a purasoft water softener from Bill....He had been after me since last august to change the resin in my Softener System....Have tried to get a hold of them and have left 3 messages and none have been returned....BUT, it's a good thing!...After getting tired of waiting, I had someone else come in and do it...WOW....there was NO RESIN in there...only carbon, which acts like a filter, but otherwise, does not soften the water according to Aquatronics in Middlesex...so they basically charged me for something they never put in!!!....Don't even try and call me now Bill or anyone from Purasoft….this was not a cheap system!...paid over 7k for it....Thanks... read full review

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! My last review in October 2014 still stands. It was one year ago that this company improperly installed my $6000+ water system! Bill Brownlee saw what happened, saw the unsecured discharge hose, secured it and promised to take care the damage to my finished basement. I had to throw out a couch and have a water damage remediation company come to dry everything out. I have wall to wall carpeting and the water penetrated through 3 rooms and 2 closets.The insurance claim still goes unpaid! You are a liar BILL BROWNLEE, ( "don't worry we will take care of it") I asked PuraSoft repeatedly to remove my testimonial from their web site... read full review
