I had Cat, she was awesome. Very friendly, quick cut and helped out with answering my questions about products and some quick styling tips. I appreciated the work and nothing but smiles here.

I have been using this location since 2012. After trying several stylists and being unsatisfied, I began working with Brittany. She always does a great job, is friendly and courteous, and makes me feel welcome. I always check in online in advance of the time I plan to arrive, and always wait for her if she is busy upon arrival. I have never waited more than 15 minutes when using the app to register. As I have been using the Chester location for more than 10 years, I have seen many of the stylists come and go. Everyone is really great they work long hours and are always happy and do a great job. In reference to the comment about someone being turned away around 6:20, I was there- and this is because they close at 6 and were finishing up customers that had signed in before closing. I’ve gone many times and have never had a bad experience.
