The team was on time, professional and answered all my questions. They even wore bootys to keep my floor clean. I also noticed that due to snow, they had a hard time getting close to my curb so they shoveled. The team is great to work with and I look forward to partnering again with them for my duct cleaning needs.
This company was perfect for us. They were excellent communicators prior to the appointment as well as during their work here on our dryer vent. They made a few safety recommendations which we took. Clearly they care about their customers!
Your Duct Guy did an amazing job cleaning our heat/AC ducts and vents. They used a self contained vacuum unit so it was not invasive, washed each vent, and even wore shoe covers to protect our floors. The house smells wonderful! I highly recommend them!
