Very Friendly staff and manager. Small store for it being one of two in the area… seems to be often out of stock of popular items. They should expand the store and make it more of a destination for the area. It can get crazy crowded.

I had an amazing experience at this sephora. Walked in looking for some skincare and to pickup my sephora birthday gift. I was instantly overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start and the nicest woman named Anna came and helped me! She did multiple scans and tests and helped me learn about my own skin and hair. She gave me so many recommendations for products for the future, and i walked out feeling excited to try some new products and more confident in my own skin. 10/10

I visited this Sephora with my mom to celebrate my birthday, and the start of our trip was really disappointing. We came in looking for Rhode products, and my mom showed a representative a picture from a Sephora email ad that clearly had the brand name on it. Instead of helping, the representative acted rude and unwelcoming. She kept repeating that she did not know what the brand was or what the product was, then turned her back on my mom while she was still talking.
When my mom told me what happened, I went over to the same representative to ask about Rhode myself. The moment I said the brand name, she suddenly knew exactly what I was talking about,... read full review
