I walked in a few months ago with a cane, barely getting from the car to the door, unable to stand up straight. Now I walk without a cane, and I can stand straight without difficulty!
The difference from when I've previously had PT is that Dr. Dan modified exercises for me, much more than anyone else I've seen, so that I could do them. I have multiple areas of pain and movement restriction, so this modification is crucial for me. After seeing Dr. Dan, I'm not sure I'd want to go anywhere else.
My daughter runs track, and on the recommendation of a coach we needed to get her a performance assessment and running analysis. I took her to Resolve, and couldn't be happier with the results. Dan spent time getting to know her, then took her through a battery of assessments looking at her mobility, performance, and running gait. He talked us both through the results so we understood her strengths and the opportunities to make her more efficient. He was kind and patient throughout the process, and designed a program she can implement to help her running. As a parent, I really appreciate how Dan wasn't rushed and treated her as an individual. Dan and Amanda have been amazing! I came in feeling like my whole body was out of sorts, and I wasn’t sure a typical PT approach—one that focused on just a single area—would help. But their program has truly made a difference. I already feel like my body is no longer working against me, and the improvements have been significant. I’m excited to keep going and to see how much stronger and more confident I become as we continue working together.
