For the most part I had a really good experience with First Patient Cherry Hill. The receptionist who I first checked in with was not the most friendly when being checked in and could have been more concerning. This was the thing that I really wasn’t thrilled with. So, I came in for a laceration to the foot late almost closing time on July 4th. This did not deter Dr. Zachos and her team from providing the highest quality of care for me. They treated me very well and took care of my injury without any hesitation or reluctance to still provide the highest quality of care being that it was the 4th of July. I love how quickly the process works very efficient and very smooth. Hardly any wait time and every one is always pleasant to deal with I.prefer going to Patient First over any of the other Urgent Cares in the area and the fact I can buy my prescriptions there is such a welcome and convenient benefit.
I am already feeling so much better than when I went in this morning!! Very happy
It was great!! It’s like a mini hospital. I had severe poison ivy on both of my hands and forearms and I went there the other day. Nobody was in the waiting room so my wait time was less than five minutes and everybody is super friendly and he was able to give me steroids and cream, which helped immensely. .
